SIMON was born on February 25th, 1719.  SIMON's father was MATTHAEUS AISENBREY and his mother was DOROTHEA OECHSLIN.  His paternal grandparents were PETER AISENBREY and ANNA RUEF.  He had three brothers and two sisters, named SALOMON, ALEXANDER, PETER, MARGARETA and MARIA.  He was the youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 78 in 1797.
