JAMES CLYDE SEIBEL

JAMES CLYDE was born in 1959. JAMES CLYDE's father is FLOYD SEIBEL and his mother is ROSSELLA CHRISTINE RATH. His maternal grandparents were JOHN H. RATH and ALVINA SCHMIERER.
