ANNA VIRGINIA was born on May 15th, 1921 in at home in Philadelpia,Pa..  ANNA VIRGINIA's father was FRANCIS Joseph CONWAY and her mother was LOUISA M ROTH.  Her paternal grandparents are PETER CONWAY and MARY HESTER; her maternal grandfather is JOHN ROTH and her maternal grandmother was SOPHIA GEIST.  She had nine brothers and three sisters, named FRANCIS J, PETER P., ALEXANDER, JAMES, THOMAS JOSEPH, WILLIAM FRANCIS, JACK (EDWIN) (EDWARD J), WALTER, GEORGE FRANCIS, MARY HELEN, HELEN and SOPHIE.  She is the eleventh oldest of the thirteen children.
